Kenny Espín

Kenny Espín is a Summa Cum Laude Lawyer from Universidad San Francisco de Quito. He is a Junior Lawyer at Spingarn and is part of the Intellectual Property area of the Firm. Kenny has experience in advising on the protection of intangible assets, private contracting in the commercial-corporate area and medical liability. He has advised national and international companies in processes for the protection of their intangible assets, development of agreements, strategic alliances, joint ventures, trademark licenses, know-how, franchises and other contracts of a commercial nature, and has a minor in Business Law.

He was part of the Editorial Committee of the USFQ Law Review, being Editor in Chief and Editorial Director. He also serves as a teaching assistant for the Commercial and Corporate Law class. He has participated with contributions in draft laws such as the Reformatory Law to the Company Law.
