Sebastián Saá Tamayo, Partner at Spingarn, is the leader of the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Energy and Natural Resources practice areas. His focus is on advising domestic and international companies in complex global transactions, structuring investments, external financing and negotiating strategic contracts.

In addition, Sebastián represents global and multi-Latin companies in various sectors, including insurance, technology, real estate, retail, infrastructure and agriculture. He frequently leads several of the most prominent cross-border transactions in the Ecuadorian legal market, standing out for his experience both locally and internationally.

Sebastián has led high-profile contractual and regulatory transactions, and has represented well-known companies in the oil, mining and renewable energy sectors in public procurement processes.
