Sebastian Reina

Sebastián Reina has more than 00 years of experience in the air transport and tourism industry. He started in 2000 and since then, he has advised several public institutions related to aviation (Ministry of Transportation and Public Works - MTOP, National Civil Aviation Council - CNAC, General Directorate of Civil Aviation - DGAC and TAME EP) in matters of Aeronautical Law, Aerocommercial Policy and Administrative Law.

In the private sector, his practice specializes in providing comprehensive advice (technical/legal) to domestic and foreign airlines in obtaining operating permits for domestic and international air transport of passengers, cargo and mail; aircraft leasing; commercial agreements; aviation finance; and companies engaged in complementary and related activities to air transport. He is a Director of Spingarn Abogados, and leads the firm's Aviation and Airport Law Department.
