Ricardo has been a member of Spingarn since 2014, much of his training was done in Mexico (UAM and UNAM) and Ecuador, specializing in wellness and human development.
She currently participates in activities of physical and emotional support to the members of the firm, promoting integral health and thus, offering the highest possible quality in all products and services provided by the firm, enhancing her soft skills.
The premise is that the greater the physical and mental health, the greater the performance and quality of Spingarn members' productivity, thus optimizing their potential to its maximum expression, which makes them an important part of the team.
