Nicole Andrade

Nicole joined Spingarn in 2020 as a legal advisor within the Corporate Unit, bringing her experience in corporate proceedings, domain transfers, immigration matters and Intellectual Property management. Her work background spans several areas, including roles as intern and paralegal in prominent public sector entities, such as the Attorney General's Office, where she was involved in Civil and Constitutional Law matters.

In addition, Nicole excelled in the private sector, being part of the legal team of an influential national company, acquiring skills in Intellectual Property and Corporate Law. Nicole has obtained relevant certifications for her professional development, issued by prestigious institutions such as the Securities House and the University of London, SOAS.

In 2020, Nicole obtained her law degree from the Courts of the Republic from the University of San Francisco de Quito.
