Mario Cedeño

Mario Cedeño is a Magna Cum Laude lawyer from Universidad San Francisco de Quito and an Associate of the Firm. He is part of the Intellectual Property, Innovation and Technology Transfer, Fintech and Medical Law Areas. He focuses his practice in advising domestic and foreign companies in the protection of their intangible assets and in the structuring of commercial exploitation models of their technology.

He has participated in the legal structuring of crowdfunding companies, crypto-assets and digital means of payment. Additionally, he has advised companies and professionals in processes related to the provision of medical services. 

In his years of practice Mario has advised entities such as AEI - Alliance for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, CEDIA - Ecuadorian Corporation for the Development of Research and Academia and the Financial Cluster of Ecuador. He has participated in different processes of creation of Laws and public and private innovation policies.
