Lisseth has provided strategic advice to a wide range of domestic and international clients, ranging from structuring contracts in mergers and acquisitions to negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, and conducting legal due diligence in complex transactions.

With a background that includes previous roles as a paralegal at a firm in Guayaquil, as well as in-house counsel at a multinational company, Lisseth strengthened her knowledge in Energy and Natural Resources while being part of the Energy team of a regional firm.
