Katherine Manguia Vaca, is the leader of Spingarn's Human Talent and Administration area. Her focus is on managing both areas of the firm, in addition to providing advice to companies in their Human Talent management processes, generating positive results in the experience cycle of employees and strengthening the Human Talent area in strategic decision making.
