Germán Saltos

Germán Saltos is a graduate of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador and an Associate of the firm. He is part of the Public and Regulatory Law areas.

His practice focuses on advising domestic and foreign companies in administrative law, public procurement, government auditing, corporate law and conflict resolution with the State. In his professional practice, Germán has advised national and multinational companies in the field of technology - SAP systems, and has also provided services in the public sector.

Prior to joining the firm, in the public sector, he has worked for the General State Comptroller's Office, in the National Directorate of Sponsorship. She has worked in prestigious law firms in the country, in the areas of sponsorship, litigation and consulting.
