David Romero

David is part of the firm's M&A and Real Estate team, he participates mainly in advisory and consulting in corporate, commercial, real estate, mergers and acquisitions with local and regional character. He has been part of the legal team in complex corporate processes such as mergers, spin-offs and corporate transactions with domestic and foreign clients in the oil, technology, agribusiness and pharmaceutical industries.

Before joining SPINGARN, David acquired experience in different areas of prestigious law firms in Ecuador. He also completed a pre-professional internship at the Centro de Métodos Alternativos de Solución de Conflictos CEMASC PUCE, where he was certified as a Mediator being part of dispute resolution through agreements in contractual cases.
