Bryan Tapia

Bryan Tapia is an associate at Spingarn, he is part of the corporate and financial law area of the firm since 2023. Bryan has experience in handling corporate processes, labor processes, negotiation and conflict resolution. He acquired legal and financial experience through advisory services provided to different companies in Ecuador. He was part of the tax team of Hospital Metropolitano.

Prior to joining Spingarn, he actively participated in the Harvard Cases team within the finance area of the University. While he was a law student, he was chosen as a teaching assistant in the area of Subjects of Law at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting and Auditing with mention in financial risks at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador.
