Andres Narvaez

Andrés Narváez is the Managing Partner at Spingarn, has an outstanding professional career in the tax and corporate areas. With more than two decades of experience, he has developed a unique expertise in the management of complex tax processes and strategic corporate advice. His work in tax matters includes the management of administrative proceedings, as well as the conduct of tax litigation. Andres also advises on tax assessment and tax planning processes.

In the corporate area, Andrés has led projects of business transformations, mergers, acquisitions and the development of corporate governance strategies. This experience has allowed him to collaborate with important companies and economic groups in Ecuador, contributing his knowledge and vision for corporate growth and strengthening. Prior to his current position at Spingarn, Andres worked as a lawyer and consultant at the Internal Revenue Service and as a Manager in the International Tax Services Division at Ernst & Young, strengthening his profile as a highly qualified and recognized professional in his field.
