She has 10 years of experience in tax litigation. She worked as a Tax Attorney at the Internal Revenue Service, whose main activity was the defense of tax lawsuits filed against this institution. 

Due to the aforementioned experience, he is part of Spigarn's litigation area of an important portfolio of clients, within which he focuses his professional practice in the defense strategy of judicial processes regarding: preparation of claims, preparation of evidence, experts and hearings before the Contentious Tax Court against administrative acts issued by the Internal Revenue Service at national level; as well as directs and prepares cassation appeals before the National Court of Justice in case of adverse rulings.
