Ana Lucía Hervas

Ana Lucia has eight years of experience in Medical Law. During her professional career she has advised insurance companies, prepaid medicine, hospitals, clinics and health service providers in matters of Civil Liability, Regulatory, Insurance, Prepaid Medicine and Administrative Law.

She has more than five years of experience lecturing on topics related to Medical Law, among which are: research on human beings and sentient beings, clinical studies, safety and efficacy tests, research conducted within Bioethics and Biolaw with human embryos, human genome, new treatments for mental health conditions, cancer, HIV/AIDS, abortion, euthanasia, among others. She is a Director of Spingarn and leads the Medical Law Area of the firm.
