Melissa Hidalgo is an Associate at Spingarn, and part of the Aviation, Mobility and Tourism areas. She also works in the Corporate area.

Melissa has experience advising national and foreign airlines in the obtainment of regulatory operation permits, operation permits for national and foreign companies, corporate matters, work, tax and customs related to the aviation and tourism industries. Her practice also focuses on regulatory matters of the tourist and hotel industry in Ecuador.

Melissa acquired work experience as legal assistant for the aviation, mobility and tourism area of a prestigious legal firm in the city. She also has experience in corporate and labor laws, as legal assistant in several firms with specialized practice in said areas. She rendered her internship at the Provincial Court of Appeals, Specialized Court in Civil and Commercial Matters and assisted the Labor Court in multiple cases.
