David Anda
PROFILE
David Anda is Manager in the Tax Litigation Unit.
David provides legal advisory to national and international clients in cassation processes before the National Court, and also those of constitutional nature.
His practice also includes advisory in civil and labor matters, and he consequently drafts service contracts, purchase and sale of businesses, transfer of ownership and judicial processes in civil and labor matters.
