Daniel Narváez is a Partner at Spingarn. He is member of the Financial and Corporate Planning, Analysis and Company Valuation Unit at Spingarn, area where he focuses his professional practice.
Financial area: Assessment of project and going concerns, valuation of businesses and brands, analysis and structuring of business plans, valuation of new businesses and start-ups, sensitivity analysis, econometric analysis applied to the strategic development, analysis of key performance indicators and financial ratios, budget projection and compliance, analysis of liquidity management and financing sources.
