Daniel Narváez

Daniel Narváez is a Partner at Spingarn. He is member of the Financial and Corporate Planning, Analysis and Company Valuation Unit at Spingarn, area where he focuses his professional practice.

Financial area: Assessment of project and going concerns, valuation of businesses and brands, analysis and structuring of business plans, valuation of new businesses and start-ups, sensitivity analysis, econometric analysis applied to the strategic development, analysis of key performance indicators and financial ratios, budget projection and compliance, analysis of liquidity management and financing sources.

Tax area: Advisory in tax matters, risk and contingency assessment, tax planning and tax efficiency instruments, application of doble taxation agreements, transfer pricing analysis.

Corporate area: Development of corporate governance strategies, negotiation processes for mergers and acquisitions, corporate and shareholding restructuring.

Daniel has 16 years of professional experience, time in which he has worked for Ernst & Young in the transfer pricing area, at Banco Pichincha in the control and financial planning area, and lastly at Spingarn as Financial Manager and Advisor.
