Daniela is part of the Personal Data Protection and Digital Law Division at Spingarn.
She is a lawyer and holds a Master Degree in Intellectual Property and New Technologies.
She was coauthor of the of the Personal Data Protection Law Project in Ecuador, and promoter of its approval at the Ecuadorian National Assembly as well as its implementation at the Public Records National System, where she was Director of the Protection of Information.
She has been assessor to telecommunication companies, and has aided in the process of digital transformation of companies, personal data protection and cybersecurity.
